Finding these stock Dunlop Sportmax D252 tires awesome!

Hard to find any PR2's anymore... I heard that the PR3's are a little squirmy, the PR4's are supposedly better, but I don't like the look of em and hardly ever ride in the rain.

Finding these stock Dunlop Sportmax D252 tires awesome!

There's 15k KMs on em and they're still going. They also perform so well, cold and hot. When it's time, I'm thinking of just replacing them with the same, but I hear that the manufacturer OEM D252 has better rubber than the ones you buy through regulars shops and they don't last long at all :(...

    Flashing 09 FZ6 ECU?

A bud of mine has an FZ1, got it flashed locally, easy. My next bike will probably be an FZ1.

    Flashing 09 FZ6 ECU?

Is it possible to flash the ECU on an 09 FZ6? A bud of mine who flashes ECUs says he don't see anything out there for FZ6, not even from flash-tune.

    Trouble shifting down

So I lubed all of the shifter parts and adjusted the clutch cable a little and all seems fine.

    Trouble shifting down

Lubed the shifter parts as mentioned. Looks like it's gonna rain for days, so can't get out to try it. I'll report back. Crossing fingers!

    Trouble shifting down

Both, tied shifting down when moving and stopped, mostly didn't shift down. Might try adjusting the clutch a bit more and lubing the linkage.

    Trouble shifting down

I'm thinking it also might be the shifter linage, might need grease.

    Trouble shifting down

Yesterday I had issues shifting down from 3rd to 2nd & 1st. I did a lot of riding this weekend and on the last day the bike mostly refused to shift down. The oil was changed 4k KMs ago, so maybe it needs to be changed, but it still should be fine. All that has been used in the bike is Motul...

    Ticking - Cam Chain Issue?

I'm similar, like to live at high revs or going to high revs when flying through the gears. I'd be interested to know why your mechanic stays away from Motul 7100, because the previous owner of my bike, his mechanics using nothing but 7100 and they actually build engines for semi-pro racers.

    Ticking - Cam Chain Issue?

Yea, sounds like the first one and many of my buds are saying don't worry about it, it's Yamatick. My phone mic really amplified the sounds, so it seems worse on camera than it really is. When engine warms up and I'm riding it for a while it almost goes away completely and can hardly be heard...

    Ticking - Cam Chain Issue?

If I was to replace the CCT with a manual one, what's involved? I hear it's not as simple as just swapping the old CCT for the new one.

    Ticking - Cam Chain Issue?

What's funny is, some say it's normal Yamatick engine noise and don't worry about it. While other's say the bike is gonna blow up if you don't get it fixed soon. So I go from not worrying to being completely freaked out about it. LOL

    Ticking - Cam Chain Issue?

Ok, but how could the chain be done after only 11k KMs?

    Ticking - Cam Chain Issue?

I've been told that I should go with a manual CCT. But they're probably not so easy to install it or adjust Sent from my LG Optimus G using Tapatalk
