There's 15k KMs on em and they're still going. They also perform so well, cold and hot. When it's time, I'm thinking of just replacing them with the same, but I hear that the manufacturer OEM D252 has better rubber than the ones you buy through regulars shops and they don't last long at all :(...

Is it possible to flash the ECU on an 09 FZ6? A bud of mine who flashes ECUs says he don't see anything out there for FZ6, not even from flash-tune.

My 2009 Yamaha FZ6 has 11k KMs and I'm hearing this ticking noise at idle. It seems like a cam chain tensioner issue to me. When bike starts up at first there's no ticking noise, but it starts when engine is hot. Also, those noise doesn't go away when the clutch is engaged...

The previous owner of my 09 FZ6 said to use only Shell 91, since it's a NON-ETHANOL PREMIUM 91 fuel.

I hear conflicting reports on lubing the clutch lever cable for example. Some say it should be lubed and others say it shouldn't be. And others say replace the cable(s) completely. What do you guys think? And is there any specific interval they should be lubed/checked?

I'm looking for a decent form fitting tail bag option. I'd be using it on all my rides, so something medium sized that I can fit a drink, food, extra clothes, etc... Oh, and I'm not interested in a tank bang since they scratch the tank and a pain when gassing up. I've looked around already...

I'm thinking of adding a few LEDs strips and would rather go with the battery powered ones as I want to reduce the cable mess and avoid the extra wiring. You guys have any recommendations?

I spray painted the windscreen on my previous bike, the VFR800 and it turned out great, but I'd rather buy one for the FZ6. Is there any decent cheapo windscreen around, maybe off eBay. If you guys have any recommendations please let me know. Thx :)

I've used the2Wheel levers on my previous bike and they're excellent. So I inquired about levers for my 09 FZ6 and they said, "We only have levers fit for FZ6 Fazer 2004-2010" This should work, correct? Thx guys :)
