Thanks, Steve for an awesome "how to". I too bought a (smoked) double bubble Puig for the looks and the presumption of less turbulence. Looks, absolutely/less turbulence, not so much. I had been advertising my standard screen for sale, without success, and remembered seeing your post some while back. So, today I looked it up and did it in about 30 minutes. I used 2 diagonal cuts to get rid of the excess, which provided clearance for the bow of the hacksaw. I got such a good finish using 80 and 200 grit water paper there's no need for any trim, so I'll just clean it with Plastix. I've yet to test-ride it, but based on your review I'm optimistic. Much appreciated!

After some miles (around 500km) I can say that :
- the turbulence is lower, wind noise is steadier, not getting so many headshakes while riding
- I get so much more dirt or bugs or etc while riding now on my helmet and jackets
- the looks is awkward. Might take a while to get used to it but as for now I am not very impressed.
