Any opinions on the best adjustable clutch levers to swap out the stock ones with? Would love to hear what people think are the best choice.

I prefer the stock levers as the after market ones (tried them), have fairly sharp corners (very noticeable to me).

The stockers are smooth without nearly the "corner edges" of the others...

You may try simply loosening up the adjustment at the perch. As long as the clutch ISN'T DRAGGING when stopped in gear,
you'd be fine...

It all comes down to what you wish to spend. There are knock-off's for 25... or the real thing for $200 give or take a few.
Some, including myself run the knock-off's for $25 a set from the twowheels. They come in any color and as of today, work fine 5 years later. Take a look at fleebay and fwiw I have ZERO complaints. Certainly none for comfort as both brake and clutch pull easy.
Other views may vary...
