Thanks for all that had input on this. Makes me feel a little better that I should still have a few good riding years left. Should I be worried about my cam chain any time soon?

Great thread! Mines a baby with only 28,000 km (short riding season up here), but I have every intention of seeing your 75k and raising a few

Caladin - love that pic, totally epic.

My 06 is at around 93k km. Bought it in June of '07 with 4k km on it.

It's needed new steering head bearings at about 15k km. Clutch at 53k km, that one I wouldn't blame too much on the bike. One chain at the same time as the clutch. Replaced the clutch cable twice, first at 32k km (really needed it), second at 86k km (not needed but I was doing the valve check). Checked valves once at 86k km and no adjustment was needed.

Otherwise, tires about every 20k km, and lots of oil changes.

Good shape still, doesn't burn oil and tranny works well.

If things go to plan, I'll be riding the bike out to Vancouver via California within this month which will put me over 100k km.
