Hello all desperately need some help please.

I can only find Bryan, who had an issue with not being able to press the button, turn key, wait and get ibto diagnostic mode.
as below, I have exactly the same problem. Does anyone know, is this because of immobiliser/ ecu, not reading keys ?

Currently, the bike doesn't start at all. When I turn the key, the temperature display flashes 'Hi', and there are no error codes. I can't enter diagnostic mode either. I already tried the master key (the red one) but no luck there...

I suspect there might be an issue with immobiliser, asI have changed the coils for new, and also tried spraying into throttle bodies with EasiStart, just to be sure, it is spark and not fuel.

Anyone had same issues, can anyone come up with a solution or explanation to the not getting into diagnostic mode.
Thanks...

Dean

What is your battery voltage? Use a multimeter to see your static DC voltage. Then turn the key to on position and measure the battery voltage. What are the voltages? Do you hear the fuel pump prime? It may not prime if you have an immobilizer problem.

Hello, thanks for your response. Unsure on the battery voltage, however I did ensure fully charged overnight and the fuel pump did prime. I found another couple of Forum users that had the same issues.
It seems very odd that I can't access diagnostics, and this makes me believe it is an immobiliser/ ECU issue, but was hoping to have other Forums members back this up. Thanks, Dean.
