I had a pair of these made by a local place in the bay area that was attending a parking lot sale at CycleGear (tons of vendors there that day). The process is pretty cool and they fit perfectly. You can also get headphone ends embedded in them which allows low volume music to sound great as you kill off 30db of external noise. They also can make "shooting" versions, that will greatly muffle "sudden" noises.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Stock up on the anti-microbial cleaner as it doubles as "ear lube".

I've been known to take mine when I travel with family as we all snore.
