Do they make 'hard mount' bushings for the S2 footpeg mounts?

I have a 2008 FZ6 and don't like how flexible the rubber mount bushings are on the footpeg brackets.
I don't mind some vibration;I Do want to step-down-hard on the footpegs without having the rubber bushings flex;it sucks.
Do you know how I can get the footpeg brackets to mount Solidly to the frame ? Bill

I don't have access or knowledge of these processes,although I see what you mean.

I'm glad I'm not the only one freaked out by this.
The first time I moved the shifter while working on the bike and I noticed the whole support assy. flexing I was in shock, thinking something was very wrong or broken.
There are 4 pairs of washers and inserts that are partly rubber and do the flexing. Only one pair is shown in the diagram, #'s 52 and 39 here:

I think using a thick enough all metal washer for the #52 in all four positions might be enough to firm it up pretty solid.

Have you tried removing all the rubber dampers and replacing them with washers ?
How many separate rubber cushion/dampers do they use in each side of these 'flexible flyer' style 'comfort pegs' ?
I'll do anything to make mine fully solid.
A little vibration is fine;I don't need rubber damping.

Gary had mentioned forming fresh parts with 3D printing;I would like to get a set of(Delrin?)them and press them in place permanently.

I have not tried doing anything with them. I can live with it for now.
If you grab hold of the whole plate or 'bracket' that the footpeg mounts to, you can see it all pivots on 2 bolts (per side of bike).
On each side of the bike are 2 washers and 2 dampers/bushings/inserts that the bolts go through.

Yes, I see that dampers and special washers;not sure what type of rubber they use,but it's way too soft.
I always ride with my weight 'on the pegs': 'loading the pegs' for control.
I like the idea you mentioned in an above post about using all-steel washers,rather than the other OEM Yamaha washers.

Those dampers look like they are pressed in tight to the mount bracket;I've heard good things about Delrin,but not sure it's the best for this application.
Gary in NJ is got it right by saying to get some bushings 3D printed;I have no access to that machine,and don't know how to operate one,but it seems like a very good idea.

The washer that you linked from CMSNL.COM looks like it also has rubber bonded to it?
