This sub-frame was removed from a 2007 model but will fit all years. The later model sub-frame gives the added advantage of having removable passenger pegs (not included) which was not available on the 2004-2006 model. The part shows only normal signs of wear (some paint chips, light scuffs, etc..) but is perfectly straight. These do not come around often as I have looked for one in the past. Priced to sell!
