If you are cop speeding recklessly to an OFF DUTY job you are no different than any other civilian recklessly speeding. Again, any cop car exceeding the speed limit should be required to have his top lights flashing.
Reminds me of the CAGER I saw in a police car the other day. He one hand on his dog, his other hand one his phone... driving down main street weaving all over the place using no hands. Total jackass.
