FZ6 Austin, Texas ride on March 28, 2009

Hi Everyone,

I am planning on riding to New Ulm, Texas for meeting several other motorcycle riders in a typical pie run fashion. The round trip is about 230 miles of great back road fun following this possible route:

Let's meet at 8:00 am on next Saturday at the Starbuck's Coffee (512-342-8544) shop on 3637 Far West Blvd. located just off MOPAC.

Hi Everyone,

It was a great day even though we had winds up to 35 mph and it was around 40 degrees for most of the morning. Eight riders met us at the meeting location including a guy who rode down from Fort Worth on his FJR just for the day! We ended up at our pie meeting location about 100 east of Austin in New Ulm. We had another 35 riders showed up.

Thanks everyone for making this possible. The FZ6 continues to impress with it's versatility.

Very cool! I hope I can make the next one. My NG drill was over early this weekend so I rode Lime Creek road a few times to try out the new Hero video camera.

Sorry I missed it. I'm afraid that some drinking took place the night before, and I was riding the porcelain motorcycle until 4:00 AM.
