I changed the lock tumbler on the e52 yesterday to match my side bags. I'm not sure if I put it back together correctly as it ended up falling apart the second I pulled the screws out.
the black locking mechanism clip on the bottom that's activated by the red button: when the box is locked should it still be able to move if you push on it? the red button is LOCKED and cannot move, but the clip itself can still move (and springs back). I just want to be absolutely sure so nothing unexpected happens.
