I'm trying to put on new led signals and i dont know which wire is the ground, ect. i have a yamaha fz6 and cannot figure out which ones i need to connect to
help with wiring.

The BROWN wire coming out of the grey signal connector(s) should be the GND (-) This is the wiring diagram I made up when I was wiring up my Watsen LED signals. I included Resistors to increase the load as well as a relay for each side. If you dont add in some resistors, your LEDs with flash superfast:
