hp question and s2?

i have a 2007 fz6 and i was trying to look up horsepower ratings on the bike. i then saw where they had on bike bike at 97 hp and one at 76 hp. I live in the US and i saw they had a different type of bike called a s model or something. i guess im just curious what that is and if i have the 76 hp model? thanks.

the 76 hp model is a european model based on the 04-06 fz6 so brakes and fairing are all similar to 06, so if you have the 07 model with 4 pot caliper and different fairing you have the full power model.

my bike is just like the yamaha blue bike on the yamaha website. with the half fairing and all. so im guessing thats the one ur talking about.

Either way, the 76 hp was never available in the US so you're good to go :thumbup:
