Stoner retiring could cause a mega shake-up of the grid... I heard that all bar one of the riders don't have a contract for next year, and none of the top guys do...

Spies has had it... I could see he was over reaching for a whole lap before he crashed....Yamaha might need to fill 2 vacancies next year (if Lorenzo moves to Honda..and he will if he does not win the championship this year)... thats assuming if Ben manages to hang on to his seat till the end of the year...

What Id like to see next year:

Honda: Rossi and Pedrosa
Yamaha: Lorenzo and Crutchlow
Tech3: Dovi and Bradley Smith
Ducati: Hayden and whoever wins Moto2

What I think will happen:

Honda: Pedrosa and Bradl (if they can't get Lorenzo)
Yamaha: Lorenzo and Crutchlow
Tech3: Dovi and Smith
Ducati: Rossi and Hayden

I'm more interested in World Superbike.

Ducati? Now that VW owns them they may be out of racing after this season.

I reckon YourGay will be in Repsol colours next year.

Unless Yamaha gets a big sponsor (now in its 2nd season with no title sponsorship), can see Honda & Repsol simply out bidding Yamaha.

I hate to say it, Spies is gone. Right now he will be lucky to see Valencia. Unless he goes on a crazy winning streak & wins 1/3rd of the remaining Gp's, only way he will be in Gp is on a CRT bike.

I reckon now that Whoregay has re-signed with Yamaha that means that Bradl is a certainty to take Casey's seat & Marquez will settle in at LCR

Spies will lose his seat (rightfully so) to Cal & RdP will step away from the CRT bike & find a cushy little seat on a Tech 3 Yamaha

smith is changing class to moto gp from moto 2 next season
so either the tech trois team or a crt bike

Always liked Ben "Elbows" Spies. Sad to see his performance drop so in MotoGP. Kevin Schwantz was coaching him but don't know if that is still true.

i dont know much about spies except for what i seen in bond films lol
but seriously i dont know
well with ducati bought by audi and trying to develop their bike to suit rossi
they will be looking to save some money on contracts, so thats why i said spies,
because when riders win world championships i.e. nicky hayden
they tend to look for more money and conditions.
in my opinion ducati need casey back and maybe capirossi too
