Paddock Girls: AirAsia British Grand Prix!!!

wonder how many of them have actually ever been on a bike. let alone piloted one.


i can't wait until the day motogp sees its first female competitor and her umbrella men start gettign publicity. now THAT will be a sight.....
 
This may seem like a dumb question but what are the Umbrellas for? Don't get me wrong having an excuse for hot chicks to stand around hot bikes stand for itself. Just wondering because I grew up in a Nascar family and have always been interested in learning more about MotoGP. Then again I'm the only one that rides in my family too.

I used to look after Grid Girls for a job! It gets very hot out on track, and there is no shade...and they, and the riders are normally out on the track for at least half an hour before a race...it's a bit like the Romans...keep the "Emporer" shaded!

That does make sense, and I figgured it wasn't for rain because then they wouldn't be racing. :P I know what it's like to stand around in the sun when your fully dressed, it's not fun especally if your dressed up.

Umbrellas in the Philippines were used for hot/sunny days and not simply for cold/rainy days. It makes perfect sense to walk to your destination with a shade with you rather than without one. Only here in the States that people see it as "unusual" to say the least.

Why walk 100 feet in the hot sun when you can drive in an air conditioned fourwheel drive suv?

True, but not everyone can afford a car to drive or they simply prefer to walk. So many things you can miss by driving through a town rather than walking through it. Which is why many inner city dwellers have no drivers license or a car.
Since I've moved back to the "burbs" I miss walking the sidewalks and getting to know every vendor off the street, instead now I drive past in my "air conditioned" CAGE.

Grid boys. Then it's equal....

Find 20 ladies who can get around a GP track consistency within 3 seconds of the lap record for Moto GP bikes, then you might get your "Grid Boys"...but even then it would be an unlikely occurence...boys in budgy smugglers is not a pretty sight...and both sex's SHOULD agree with that at least!

They are not Budgie Smugglers....but nearly as bad! Boardies my Girl! Boardies!

Now, i am off to book an appointment with my therapist...i am emotionally damaged by that image! :ban:

Not sure why, but starting to think RdP is getting the best share of girls of late :thumbup:
