Wakin up the neighbours
I wanted to paint my grab rails with something that would give them a bit more protection than the uber thin factory coating and Plastidip came to mind as I had used it before.So I went on e bay UK and ordered a spray tin of it.400ml I believe,from Plastidip UK themselves.The paint retails at 10 quid and the postage was 5 quid,which seemed a bit steep to post a small can of paint,but hey ho,I needed it.
Anyway I waited a week and a half and still no paint
I e mailed them over again and got no reply,so had to open an e bay dispute.The upshot is,they got back to me saying they had a problem with stock (They still carried on taking peoples money mind,for something they didn't actually have!)
They refunded my money and said they were as upset about the stock situation as I was!
I have nothing against the product,just Plastidip UK's crappy customer service.
My advice is to ring them first to actually see if they have got the paint that you have just paid for....
