Hello All

Great weather once more and riding season is upon us. With that comes the speed traps too.

I'm looking at radar detectors and was wondering what y'all recommend? Looking for something that can do a visual warning in the helmet, like a LED going off or something like that. I use WAZE now in the car but cant use it on the bike as much (charging cell, signal etc).

The Escort PAssport S55 looks like great value but no audio jack...

Thanks

After feeding the CA extortion monster fer decades, I finally got me a Beltronics Pro 300 Amazon.com: beltronics PRO300 10x Range Radar Laser: Cell Phones & Accessories
Couldn't hear the thing at speed, so I got me sum mono (It's gotta be mono!) ear but thinggies. Amazon.com: Mono Earbud Single Ear 10 PACK Silicone Tip ER-215-10: Electronics
This is the cheap route, cuz I'mma cheap bastard!!! Funny thang; it just happened to fit nicely in my GPS mount, Amazon.com: RAM-HOL-GA25U: RAM Mount Cradle Bracket Holder for Garmin Nuvi 200W, 205W, 250W, 255W, 260W: Electronics
so I dun bought me a spare one fer the detector. I've only had it fer 'bout ten months now, but it's already payed for itself.
