Scottoiler fitment

The tube runs behind the chain guard then down under the swing arm.
i added rubber silicone to the white rubber(the one that the tube runs thru) and stick it to the swing arm.
I also use a large cable-tie near the end of tube as precaution.

interesting, where to get those rubber silicone? any purpose in them?

Thanks for taking all the pix and posting them up, Yanzer. I can see what you're saying about siting the oil reservoir, but I'll have to go and have another look at my own bike to see if I can do/should do the same. The weather here in middle England is really sh*t at the moment, you barely want to leave your own front door...

Found in hardware shops..
Purpose... hmmm... it sticks hard n doesnt damage the swing arm like superglue or epoxy..

I just did my scottoiler...apperantly the mechanic fixed mine with the tube running in between the heel guard and swingarm, quite a sore eye to see it sticking out like dat....

I think I prefer the way u fix it, much more neater and it hides behind the swingarm quietly...gonna have to find one of my off days to fix the problem..thx for the pictures though:thumbup:
