I think you hold down both buttons (not sure if the key has to be on or off) then the time will flash and you can change it with the select and reset buttons.

Grumpy, you live in gulfport. I lived in gulfport from 95-98. I lived a few streets from the beach on Curcor Dr. the street is about 2 or 3 blocks inland if you drive on the street to the left of the naval retirement place. Address was 2325 if i remember correctly. If you get bored and are riding out in that area, let me know if that house survived the katrina storm.

Turn ignition key to "on", hold both buttons pressed simultaneously until the hour figure flashes. Changes with one button ( I think the reset button) and move to the minutes figure ( I think with the select button). If it doesn't work, try the other way around.
