Anyone currently making the spacers for the axle and calipers to do the 03-04 r6 fork swap??

I have found a seller on ebay who made these (https://www.ebay.com/itm/202665980124) , but they all are sold out at the moment. I contacted him. He says a demand is low lately, but he can make a few new sets if he has time. Let me know if you're still looking, I guess we can convince him to make 2 sets for us.

I used the McMaster carr stuff that people posted part numbers for and it worked just fine. Its 2 big washer, 1 for each side of the wheel and 4 small ones, one between for each caliper bolt between the fork leg and the caliper.

You have to buy the washers in a 50 pack for the small ones and a 5 pack for the big ones. If you're in the us and send me your address I'll send you enough to do your bike. I'll just put them in a regular envelope and send them through the normal mail.

I’ve got prints for spacers/adapters for 07-09 FZ6 I can dig up if you wanted to have some made up.

The caliper spacer washers you can get from a local Ace or True Value hardware store, you’ll need a couple other metric bolts from there too.

I have all the files for this @ http://www.lerecords.com/fz6/
I don't know of anyone currently making these, but a good machine shop should be able to machine you a set of spacers. Good Luck!!
The ones I made for my 07 model were based on your prints prints, except I didn’t have the necked-down section in the middle to make it a little easier to machine:
