Tacho blinks

I noticed that sometimes when I start riding there is a blinking bar at the tachometer between 0 and 2k (just on the bottom). Then after some time it stops. Anyone knows why it's doing it? It is on a 06 model with digital tacho.

Yes. That's to tell you to not thrash the motor because it's still cold. It's just a reminder to let it warm up...
