Those of you in TX, LO, and AR, there is a track day coming up March 29 and 30 at Grand Sport Speedway near Houston.
For $140 you get 2 days of riding, instruction, breakfast, lunch and they have 20' X 80' shade tent to keep your bike under.
I'm playing Army that weekend but I hope to catch a few of these this season.
Texas Track Days
Also this weekend there is a track day at The Motor Sports Ranch in Cesson, TX which is about an hour southwest of Ft. Worth. I've driven that track several times in the Carrera and it is a BLAST! There is a corner called the Rattlesnake, blind, off camber. Talk about pucker factor! I think they are running the 3.1 mile course this weekend, not the 1.8. Both are a gas!
