I dunno about your other choices :rolleyes: but if I ever make it to Australia at least I know who has good taste in movies.

The Black Album... meh It has their biggest hits but Ride the Lightening is my favorite.

Black was just a big album when I played football in high school. RTL was a good one too. And Master of Puppets. After that, they dropped off pretty bad (especially after the whole Napster thing....whiny little rich bitches).

Agreed, Black Album was the album that got me into Metallica. Track 6 - Dont Tread on Me, the first Metallica song I ever heard and I was hooked. RTL, MOP, and Justice for all were all amazing albums as well. Load and Reload def put me off, although there are a couple decent songs, but nothing like the older albums that you could play all the way through without skipping a track.

All the way through, then start over again.

Load was definitely the tail end of their "good" stuff. Like you said, there were some Ok songs on it, but they were about dead, which is why they took on Napster. They needed money because their albums sucked.
