I guess you have better luck with dealers---I sure don't. As with razteo, I can't tell you how many times shops have been negligent with me, despite (I thought) making things explicit "beforehand." How can you justify, for example, shop personnel not even knowing what (on a car/truck) RR, LR, RF, LF means? Or, charging for a new valve stems when none was installed? Or, how about this one: personnel failing to notate/remember which tire dismounted had the defect (obvious when mounted/inflated) from the one that didn't so one knew which one to remount on another rim? Or how about stripping stud threads? Neglecting to check, as requested, air pressure on the spare? Or, how about this one: neglecting to even install a new valve stem cap on your new tires? Yeah, there are some owners who are "retards" but this, as far as I'm concerned, for dealers is outrageous and I'm not going to "get over it." There are some really poor and unprofessional businesses out there.
