Will an FZ1 Corbin Seat fit an FZ6?

Hey all,

I found a used Corbin seat for around $100, but its for the 2001-2005 Yamaha FZ1. Does anyone know if the seat attachments are the same on both bikes? I'd love to pick it up, as $100 is pretty good for an almost $400 new seat. It's pretty used, but no rips or tears.
I used a Corbin on my SV650, kept that seat when I sold it, and really liked it. Wish I could trade or something; I'll have to explore that if this FZ1 doesn't fit.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but; the FZ1 seat will Not fit the FZ6. The mount points are a little bit different and, more importantly, the contour and overall shape of the seat does not work with the side panels of the FZ6.

Keep an eye on Craigslist; I have picked up some items off bikes for sale in the past by politely asking if the seller would be willing to part with them separate of the bike.
