Yoshimura slips ons?

Does anyone know if Yoshimura makes slips on (and perhaps a cat eliminator pipe) for the FZ6 (2007)? I saw a picture of one on-line here but have been unable to locate them at any sites. I put a set on a customers B-Kings and was very impressed with thr sound (not too loud, much throatier).. If not, what slip on's available would offer the same type of perferformance(not too loud, deeper, better breathing)? Thanks ahead of time. Scott

No they do not however there are probably a dozen plus brands that make an exhaust for the FZ.

I had a set of Akrapovics on my bike and I thought they were great. With the DB Killers in they are TUV approved and meet the stock sound requirements and with them out they made a great sound but not too loud.

The fit and finish is first rate and they are straight forward install, no beating required. :thumbup:

Sorry Hellgate, but I'll have to correct you on that one. Yoshimura does make slip-ons for the FZ6, however I do believe that they aren't available in the US. Unfortunately the designers must have had a few too many while working on them, because they really don't look good at all. That's just my opinion though.

+1 to that. They do NOT look good! Pretty tiny outlets too compared to the other options out there!

Thanks guys. I spoke with a friend of mine (Jerry @ Pirates Lair custom BMW parts) who has them on his R1 up in North Carolina. He too, said the Akranpovics sound deep and throaty and aren't too noisy. They do look good on their site too. I'll be checking with my local bike guy here today on prices... Thanks again,

some of the locals here got yoshi slips on their fz6. wasnt that impress with their sound & looks. better to add a bit more cash end get that akra. why settlle for average when u can get the best=p
