My Overheating problem is back!

The bike went to 113, didn't get the temp sign on the dash but I still stopped and wait for it to cool. Unfortunately I did the same test you did, I won't lie, it looks bad for me I think I'm screwed, would love an opinion from someone who knows better.

Shit bro that indeed looks like a bad HG, lots of bubbles and coolant squirting out like seems like the leak is pretty bad. Maybe someone else with more experience can confirm?
 
They make a test kit where the tool, with a special chemical, draws in your coolant into the tool.

If the coolant turns a certain color, it means you have combustion gases in your coolant.

Looking at that video, it doesn't appear to me to be anything but coolant moving as the water pump pumps more and less fluid...

A leak down test on each cylinder would also show if you have leakage into the cooling system, (or valves, rings, etc).

The amount of bubbling seems to me like it's the HG. But i agree with townsend a block tester will solve this mystery for you once and for all.

Thanks for your reply @TownsendsFJR1300. I hope you are right, I'll look into it see if any buddy of mine has a kit or something for some tests if not, instead of ordering the kit because that would take longer to arrive than the thermostat and radiator.
 
As Scott suggests, a leak down test (differential compression test) will quickly show if there is a blown head gasket. If one or more cylinders can not hold the reference pressure (I use 80 psi) to within 10% further investigation is required.

I can’t tell from the video if there is a blown head gasket…too much guessing and interpretation. Use known diagnostic methods.
 
Just to share I've resolved my issue, it was an insanely gunked up radiator. Lots of rust build up probably from lack of care by the previous owner using water or mixing incompatible coolants. Flushed out the radiator the best i could but it's still rusty. At least it's flowing properly now as verified from my thermal gun. Even in traffic my temp barely creeps up past 90 degs. Absolutely chuffed.
 
Update: It was the radiator. Bike runs lovely, maximum temperature in highway speeds 85 celsius. Thank's everyone for helping me with their replies, did the leakdown test thankfully it was all good, then I took off the radiator and took it to a guy that cleans / repairs radiators, he did a cleanup. My bike never ran this good, temperatures are awesome, I will be changing my coolant every month for the next 3 coming hopefully I will get as much dirt as possible out.

I had a great ride today can't wait for tomorrow morning!
