So I'm about to start to replace the oil pan. I just want to make sure the oil pan bolt tightening torque is fine to use according to the service manual (I think it's about 10 Nm, need to go read it up).
Many thanks!
So today I was gonna change the oil. I was at my friend's shop so I decided to use a torque wrench. Well, it was one of those click ones instead of my beam type and I didn't set the torque, which is at the lowest setting (it has a window with a line thru it so I thought the line will move as I...
You know, as dumb as it sounds like. I've never thought of just undoing the Velcro of the reflective vest and just keep it with the jacket:BLAA: that's actually a very good idea!
My buddy and I bought the Powerset for $500. We went on a couple rides together to get a feel on the unit. Here's the impression.
Installation
Overall the installation is pretty easy. It comes with 2 methods: Using the clamp or a glue plate. Both of us chose the clamp just in case we change...
I've got the extended version and I'll have to say it's pretty better as far as low speed crash. I have dropped my bike on both side at 0/ park lot speed and which I got slight scratch on the crank cover, bar end, and mirror housing, everything is fine.
Here's the story.
This afternoon I was riding around the city like I usually do. The sun was up and bright and it's just one of those REALLY nice day for a ride.
I was on a 4-lane 2-way street doing the speed limit (40ish) on the passing lane (left lane) and I saw a Ford Explorer was...
Well, my buddy and I just bite the bullet and got the powerset. $250 a piece still a bit steep but I guess I'll post something up once we have more riding with it. So far the initial learning curve is quite steep but we think we should figure the most common functions out soon.
A couple buddies and I are planning to get some form of intercom when we ride. We went to our local shop and they have the G9 in stock. I can't find a whole lot of review regarding the G9 yet so I'm wondering if anyone has used them or knows people who has them.
I really appreciate it!
I got the OES extended sliders and already dropped my bike twice at parking lot (one on ea side):spank:
I'd say if it wasn't the slider my fairing and tank is probably gonna take most the hit. Now I just have a slightly scratched bar end, mirror, and stator cover. Nothing major and I was glad...
