I got mine in May of 07 and she has 84k miles with many mods.

They sound very deep throaty, very nice. I highly recommend the G.P.R exhaust. If your planning a cat delete pipe you will have to do bit of searching for one. Good luck.

I'm going through a mid life crisis so I felt that loud pipes was the cure. I just installed a set of G.P.R exhaust pipes I got off the internet. They were out of Italy. I was a bit hesitant at first, but they came a week ahead of the scheduled time of arrival. The installation instructions...

I'm thinking of doing the same. Did you need to have your bike retuned for the pipes?

If I change out the exhaust with a Scorpion or other and install a cat del pipe do I need to install a Power Commander or have the bike dyno tuned?

I believe I responded to the Blue being the faster bike which is incorrect. One might Google Red shifting to find that RED is on the fast end of the spectrum. I hope this clears up any misgivings about the Blue FZ6. Doc
