Hello to my FZ-6 Family,
Man, it's been awhile since I've been on this Forum. I've been slipping, well, finally the weather is about the change and riding will once again be at the forefront. Each year I tell myself I'm going to ride more and I always miss that mark. How many of you feel...
I know many riders don't ride the terrain we do here in SoCal but this is not just about riding.
My wife and I love nature and we hike when ever we get a chance to. We have many local trails in beautiful areas (canyons) within 2 miles of us.
This story about a couple hiking in Joshua Tree...

My name is Nick and once again after a very long time I became a proud owner of a 2008 black Yamaha FZ6. Looking forwards to making new friends, having chats, group rides and exchanging info and ideas about our bikes with everyone. feel free to message. I'd be glad to help out in...
Hey everyone, happy spring!
So I have had the bike for a while and love how I fit on it. But now I got a new girl in my life who loves going for rides. I notice that for me to sit up decently straight I am pretty much humping the tank (leaving a lot of the seat behind me open). So when I have...

It's been too long! This summer has been a hot one and to top it off I'm back working part time again. I was finishing up some side work on a neighbors condo when a second job came along which tied all my normal retired free time up! Lol! This meant little time for me to ride. Now the condo is...

Me regular mechanic installed this some years back. Upside is that the posture is a lot more relaxed and there is noticeably less fatigue on longer rides. Downside is perhaps less steering ease? I'm 1.76m and my wife rides her fz6 with the same bars too. She's 1.7m. It works fine for both of us...
I got a phone mount for my Handle bars and an external battery back. I am planning on using my phone for tracking my rides. What apps would be good for this? I have Map-My-Walk, not sure if it will track on my bike as the speed will obviously be faster. I have an Android Phone.
Hi I am Oscar from Melbourne, Australia.
I got my FZ6N 08 in March this year. Done around 4000km on her so far. Mainly used for commuting and weekend rides.
My baby:
more specifically middle TN near nashville. i wish we had mountains like knox and at the plateau but we dont. lm looking for some twisty stuff like old farm roads and highways, stuff that only locals know about. bonus points for cop free zones.
