any spray paint out there to match cobalt blue?

I recently cut down my rear hugger and reshaped it. I want to paint it cobalt blue. I have yet to find a spray paint to match the yamaha paint color. Anyone else do this and have luck with a paint match? Rustoleum makes a cobalt blue, though it's a shade too light.

Cobolt blue requires a special base as well as the top coat.
Not tried this color but have had very good results with other colors.
Not cheap.
