Alright, I test rode a few Buells this morning and I put a deposit on a '09 Hero Blue XB12Scg!!!!!! The XB9 was fun, but was missing a little bit of power... the XB12 fit the bill perfectly.

Test rode the XB9Sx, The XB12S, and The 1125R... the 1125's engine is awesome, really torquy from 2k rpms to 10k... very impressive... but super warm... it was literally burning my left thigh...

I am picking up the bike tomorrow (from another dealership in Glendale)... can`t wait!!! :cheer:

Here she is:

- 103 HP @ 6800 RPM
- 84 ft. lbs. @ 6000 RPM
- 395 lbs (dry)
- Fully adjustable Showa rear/front suspension
- Pirelli® Diablo® T 180/55ZR-17

So are you parting out the FZ6?

Congrats on the new bike - one of the guys at work has one and there's a bunch of neat design items on them. They do look crazy short with a FE - can't imagine a pillion would feel comfortable back there.

Sweet. That's an awesome bike. I suppose there's not much to mod there, since it's pretty well set up already, maybe except for the exhaust.
Congrats again on a very nice bike.

Nice bike! Was rather skeptical coming into this post, but after seeing the pics, specs, and vid, I'd say that you made a great choice. Man, it sounds great with those Termignoni pipes.
