Clutch lever hard to pull??? The FIX!!!

Hi, my clutch cable is smooth but is not when i use the bike, so i don't know how to fix it...
I tried to unscrew a little bit the handle but it's not working...
My hand is so bad this weeks :'(

What screw did you loosen?

The cable should be the same running or not (IF NOT damaged internally -as I posted)

Is the clutch lever adjusted properly?

If it's that hard to pull, you likely need a new clutch cable, at the very least, lubrication...
