I slept sitting up for 3 weeks before I could lay down and it took months to heal but it will go by fast. The main thing is to focus on full recovery for your daughter. If you can, get back on the horse that threw you. Remember that not all things that seem bad or useless are empty of rewards. Use your healing time to advantage!

The speed was not so high but there was a fence, some poles and a lot of stones in field that caused all the damaged....
