Engine problem after a track day - help.

Battery failure, honestly you need to sort out the battery first, a dead battery is not good for the bike. The electrics are running from the alternator with no (or little) smoothing being provided by the battery. This could lead in the short term to all sorts of weird noises due to electrical items not responding correctly due to the power problems. Keeping running like this is likely to damage something.


KISS if the thing won't start off the battery sort that out first.
