After being just awful weather-wise for the past 3 weeks, the roads are good enough for me take the bike out this afternoon. It took me on average 1:40 to do my 44 mile commute to work the past couple of weeks. We just had one snow system coming in after the other. No blizzards or anything like that but just enough blowing/sticking snow right during the morning commute to make things hazardous.
I have about 2 hours of homework to do first then I'm going to do about 50 miles of interstate riding. Not too exciting but there's a lot of sand on the backroads roads so taking the twisties is out of the question until later this spring when the rain washes the roads off.
Well, I'd better go and finish my homework even though my interest level for it is at "zero" right now.
