hi evryone! I have a delema. I bought a 05 fz6 engine from a wrecked bike to put in a mini dune buggy. I got it with the main engine harness but the coil sub harness is missing. I am wondering if besides the coil sub harness is there any other harness i need and what about the guages will it run without them....HELP ME PLEASE

I've started mine without the gauge hooked up. I didn't run it long though or go anywhere with it like that. So I can't comment on the long term effects, or if it puts the bike in a "limp-home" mode like a car will.

I believe the airbox air temp sensor is used in the fuel mapping. Could be wrong tho. I know the bike complains and doesn't run quite right with it out. And you lose your clock! Most important feature, ever.
