FZ8 Headlight versus FZ1?

Are these headlights the same? I found the FZ8 headlight for 170$ versus 290$ for the FZ1 headlight. I added up most the parts to do a FZ8 headlight conversion and it was around 300$. I Found this thread with all the needed part #'s

Sorry I knew they are different part#s but they look the same to me. Anyways seems like the fz8 light setup would be much cheaper. Has anyone here done the conversion with the fz8 setup?
