Until you lose, lol! :surrender:
Just got back from Morongo Casino, near Palm Springs. I basically got hooked on Roulette. I was doing good tonight, had about tripled my begining investment. I cashed out, and went back to play :banghead: Lost it all. Then took another $100, lost it in one shot...Oh well its only money :D I guess once i make profit i should just cash out and leave (just like last time i won) but its soo tempting to go "one last time" and do a double or nothing, black or red :disapprove:...live and learn i guess, haha :rolleyes:

Like you said, it's only money. Nice thing about money, you can always make more. Look me up if you ever have an itch to come up and play with the big boys. One tip about playing, you should play a game that you have some control, such as skill or edge. Poker, blackjack, craps to name a few.

Man my grandpa taught me something. On my dads side. He was a coal miner, moonshiner, and the only picture I have ever seen of him and his brother when they were about my age, you can tell they both had guns in thier pockets.

He said when you gamble, put the money you can bet in one pocket. Only bet with it. When its gone your done. Put any you win in the other pocket and never bet it again. Why the hell he told me this I dont know. I was only 7 and he was about to die. It seemed important for him to tell me though, so I have never forgoten it. It works pretty well.

He broke the law alot though and did some crazy crap.

Yeah, you have to set some rules before you go in there, like; I'm only gonna spend $100, when that's gone I'm done.....or, when I have profitted $50, I'm done!

Blackjack is my fav! I can play off of $20 for a few hours! :D

Was that the first time you've been to Casino Morongo? I haven't been there since they built all the new stuff.

It was the first time in like a year. Its really nice and big in there. I rode up there again today. Was bored, had $100 i wanted to play. Left at like noon, rode at about 80mph the whole way there, took like 1hr10mins. First plays i won 3 times in a row at the roulette, i went from $20 to $90, i shoulda cashed out and left but i went in double or nothing went home with nothing again :D, i guess i'm a slow learner haha. Took just about the same time to go home. I was finally able for the first time in 2 years get over 160miles on a tank, i did 180miles and still have 2 ticks left, so i def got about 50mpg. The ride was also very nice, some of the scenery is really neat. I took the 55 -> 91 -> 60 -> 10. Traffic was not too bad, i got luck, it was jammed on the opposite side when i left and same thing when i came back the other way was jammed, haha.

So, is the casino in the new building? What did they do with the old building? Is that the closest casino to you? Sorry for the "20 questions". :D

Traffic is always better going east on the 10.

It usually takes me an hour to get to Cabazon.

Couldn't you have spent $200 on mods????? :p

Oh its all good ask all the questions you'd like ;) To me its the same building since the first time i went. I didnt know they changed something. They do like a total re-model?
I think theres got to be a much closer one, lol, i just like the ride/drive out there once in a while but i'm done, i did 3 runs in a week. I'll find a closer one for next time. Seriously, but i'll still end up spending that in mods (Motovation Sliders & Touring Windshield?...:D)

I play for FUN whenever I gamble. When you play to win, you're asking for trouble, but it's even MORE FUN!!!

Unfortunately, gambling games are designed so that you play to LOSE. Losing is NOT FUN.

WIN=FUN + GOOD

LOSE= -FUN - GOOD

You can change this a little bit...

FUN+GOOD ÷ WIN = 0

You can have GOOD FUN at the expense of winning, but it will get you nowhere.

Went back last night with the buds. Stayed from like midnight to 4am :eek:
I got there, went to the bathroom and on my way to the door i found $20 on the ground :cheer: So i was already up by $20 :p Then i took that $20, went to roulette, after a little bit i was at $80, i cashed out. Then i hit up the Black jack table, in 4 rounds i doubled my money from $20 to $40. So i was done for the night. All i needed to pay for was $25 of gas (cant believe thats all i needed for my big car with 4 ppl in it for 200miles, got 34mpg :eek: its a V6 toyota Avalon). So i was way up. Of course i had to go all or nothing, once again i got nothing, haha. Down to $20 i was like phuck it, i'm here to play, i got that up to $50 in like 15mins at roulette. I took that and went home ^_^
