Well guys, settled up with the insurance after my bike was stolen.. I can only imagine what's happening to my fazer now........

I picked up this 00 GSXR 750 last week.

It's got a yoshimura exhaust and lowered..

It's a work in progress, it has been dubbed the road warrior fromnthose who have seen it.

It has been dropped and they didn't bother sanding down the yellow paint before primering it. I plan to tune it up. And ride the **** out of it for a lil while and then sell it for a lol more than I paid for it. Paid 1125$.

It has a little bit more low end umph than the fazer down low, but I think it would be just about dead even in a race. It was the first year for fuel injection. It even has a high idle lever (choke) let me know what you think.

I reasearched it. It does have a "choke" style lever, but I have started carbed bikes before, and this one acts different on cold starts.

It's what they call a "high idle switch" on gixxer forums. The first FI year. The 600 and 1000 where still carbed.

And people have pcIII on them also so.

i work on a lot of zuks and just a heads up. prices for parts is the highest ive seen for a jap bike even for dealers

Then maybe you can help me... It seems like 12k it hits fuel cut and not the rev limiter. It bucks at those rpm like crazy. The oil is fine but one time I hit the fuel cut and the oil temp light came on. Wierd...
