Hello!
I've just passed my direct access in the UK and bought a 2004 FZ6.
I'm in the process of accumulating all the parts to do an OEM naked conversion. I've read 100 posts on the subject but I'm still absolutely terrified of the wiring - in particular the cutting, routing, and matching up the wiring to the new headlights etc. Can those with any experience of this put my mind at rest? Is it difficult? Does it take a while? Should a novice really get someone in who knows what they're doing?
I should point out I'm very capable at soldering and the mechanical side of things doesn't put me off, just scared of cutting into the harness and messing up a perfectly functional bike.
