Hi guys, I just got my first and biggest bike after 30 years. Can you suggest reliable and reasonably priced chain and sprocket set. Am I right in thinking that I must replace chain and both sprockets. Also Is it ok to replace 15 tooth with 16 or 17, trying to make accel and decell smoother,

Cheers, Deacy

OEM sprockets in my experience seem to last the longest. The stock chain I believe is a continuous loop chain(swing arm needs partial removal)

I believe you can fit one tooth larger in the front, (2 dunno, don't think I've seen it done).
I think the aftermarket makes a larger rear sprocket. If not, get a high end DID chain..
You'll need a chain breaker/installation tool as well...

Re accel and decel, I like the stock gearing and would suggest just getting more seat time and maybe riding in the lower RPMs..
