The procedure is in your owners manual or you can download the owners manual on the Yamaha website. I'm not near my bike at the moment and my manual is under the seat otherwise I'd help more.

Hit the set button to get to ODO (cause it can't be reset).
Hit the reset button to toggle between air temp and coolant temp.

From page 4-5 of the owner's manual
"To switch the speedometer and odometer/tripmeter displays between kilometers and miles, press the "SELECT" button for at least one second"

I remember doing that accidentally. Don't remember if that changed F to C though.
Remember "C" readout stands for "Coolant", not "Celsius". "A" stands for intake temp.

Not 2 ways, just 2 functions from one button. A momentary press changes the temp display from water to intake air temp. A press of more than 1 second changes from miles to kilometers/F to C.
