Hey there, Matt. I hope all is well. The fork deal sounds intriguing. I'll have to settle in with the FZ6 again and se how I feel. I've got FZ1 bars arriving today. Other than that, the bike is set up great - almost personalized as I bought it. Aren't there fitment issues with the fork swap? Fender, tire size . . . ? At any rate, I'll think on it.

On another note, you and I might have a similar experience moving away from the FZ6 to a taller dual sport bike. While the V Strom served me well, I was frankly scared in heavy wind. There was NO planted feeling in the front end. It felt like I achieved lift! Good luck with your sale.

Joe
