My first post and I would like to add to the knowledge base.
If your indicators are still out and you have,
1) replaced the tail fuse,
2) checked the flasher relay off the bike on a light circuit (plenty of videos showing how to on youtube)
Then check voltage at the fuse with a voltmeter. (with the power and indicators on obviously)
No voltage at fuse will more than indicate a faulty power supply wire in the harness, most connectors are past the fuse power supply including the main connector at the steering stem that the handle bar switch is plugged into.
Go to the main key barrel ignition switch , there are two harnesses running into the fame. Where they enter the frame at the steering stem is a pinch point and where I found the failed wire due to pinching in the larger harness. Specifically you are looking for a brown wire with a red stripe when you cut away the outer sheave.
Repair and ride..hope this saves someone hours of trouble shooting.
