I've had my bike ('06) for almost a year now and I wanted to mod it up a bit. I wanted to change out the front and rear signals. Here's what i bought:
Front:
http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1=5000&L2=7&L3=&L4=&item=MRX_LFH1_G
http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1=&L2=&L3=&L4=&item=MRX_FRU1_G
Back:
http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1=5000&L2=7&L3=&L4=&item=MRX_AAIN1_G
I also picked up 2 http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1=5000&L2=7&L3=&L4=&item=MRX_ILH1-2PK_G so i wouldn't have the hassle of having to cut wires.
Here's my problems:
1) The front lights blink as they should but are dim.
2) The rear lights didn't work at all.
I'm sure that I had everything connected right and didn't blow any fuses that i know of (I check everything back with the stock).
Any ideas?
BTW, I won't be using the rear lights due to an unfortunate accident to one so I'm thinking about picking up a set of http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1=5000&L2=7&L3=&L4=&item=MRX_LA1_G. Which proposes another question, would I have to get another relay for the rear and if so, where is it located on the bike?
Thanks in advance,
Jason
