17 of us riders from Sacramento went camping at Mattole Beach on the Lost coast in July. I've actually camped there two years in a row now. Love those roads and all the goat trails. The mist was so thick, it felt like rain.

I would assume that it would be at least an overnight trip for us here in the Bay Area to ride hwy 36, hwy 3 & hwy 299... Now just finding a decent place to get a room which would be close to this highways...I have to plan & do route for this trip....soon
