Next bike? What it would be?

I'll probably get blasted for this but...

I'm going back to a Honda VTX1300. I can pick one up locally for under 4k and they'll run forever. Comfortable, low maint, fuel efficient, can haul some gear.

How is the vibration on the VTX? I rode my buddy's 1200 Sportster that vibrated my vision when sitting at a light. And this was the one with the rubber engine mounts!
