An Ohio sheriff's deputy onboard camera caught on tape this accident involving an out of control motorcycle rider. The deputy was looking for an address when her cruiser was struck. She was only going 35 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputies reported the rider failed to negotiate a curve in the road and believe he deliberately laid the bike down to avoid striking the sheriff's vehicle head-on. Amazing enough, even though the rider was wearing shorts, flip flops and no helmet he was treated for only scrapes to his legs and arms. He was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence and failure to control.

Drunk, with no gear, and poor technique... and he walks away. Some guys are just born lucky. Wonder how he described it to his buddies? opcorn:

FAIL...oh how I love living in Ohio. Glad the dude isn't in a pine box. The odds of crashing into a sheriff, having it on tape and coming out alive seems pretty astronomical.

He went down when he panic braked after seeing a cop car...pretty simple. Lucky dude. Next time he won't be.

Apparently Ohio deputies are easily fooled or he's a good liar. Looks exactly like previously stated, locked the front and down he went.
